No Excuses!

I have finally set up my home gym in my new place- complete with TV, DVD player and air conditioning. Over the years I have looked at other people and thought, I would lose weight too if I had access to a gym in my house. I have told myself that I can't afford a gym membership or don't have the time to get to the gym.

I officially have no more excuses not to exercise anymore.

  5. Nice set up! I hate treadmills, but I could do with an exercise bike!

I really do hope it removes excuses for you. I remember when we got the treadmill thinking I'd have no excuse not to exercise, but I found them :D Of course they weren't good excuses, but I didn't need to give myself a good excuse to not exercise :)

  6. So jealous!!! That is awesome :)

Every day just do 15 mins on the bike, 15 mins on the treadmill, some crunches, some squats and some stretches - and the weight is going to fall off of you!

    WOOHOO!

  7. Looks good. I have just got more equipment for at home. I only have a video player though, working on a DVD.

Manage your expectations, by that I mean, don't expect to be training every day for an hour, or that 10kgs will drop off in a week.

Also remember that 70% of our weight gain/loss relates to food not exercise. Don't neglect the food side of things.
